Title:Requirement Analyst
Description:Major Duties & Responsibilities: Interview government project managers and end users to elicit stakeholder business level requirements. Document requirements and work closely with technical teams to translate business/functional requirements into technical requirements. Perform systems analysis; develop process flow diagrams and models. Develop project-specific SDLC system level documentation. Draft and finalize a requirements traceability matrix (RTM) for multiple projects across each stage of the software development life cycle. Develop statements of work as well as identify requirements for post-award and in-progress automation efforts. Work closely with technical teams to ensure that final deliverable meets requirements. Qualifications: 5-7 years experience in technical role including heavy requirements gathering and analysis. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Strong background in system analysis and knowledge of the software/system development life cycle. Experience with the Rational Unified Process or similar methodology. Experience drafting use cases and statements of work. Knowledge of proposal and technical writing preferred. Experience working closely with technical teams. Able to work effectively with all levels of an organization. Must be able to generate high quality documentation. Solid communication skills are critical.
