| Description: | We are looking for a Desktop Support Computer Analyst/ Helpdesk Technical Support (Break & Fix Team) with demonstrated professional work experience and strong technical/ troubleshooting skills.
Must have an active DoD clearance with an open investigation and be able to successfuly pass a drug test.
Experience with Microsoft Office Applications is necessary.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and to pay very close attention to details.
- Ability to solve problems in a timely and professional manner.
- REMEDY knowledge desirable.
- Prior .MIL (Government) environment experience in an IT support capacity is very helpful.
- A+, Network+ or Security+ certification = mandatory requirement.
This position requires the candidate to have a good understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, software applications, and networking.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education or a total of 2-3 yrs of professional experience.
If the person has relevant certifications, we give 1 yr for every certification.
