Technical Skills
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
Should have experience as a MOSS developer for at least 2 years.
Should have additional experience as .net developer for at least 4 years, including developing web parts to be deployed on Sharepoint.
Should have experience with Visual studio 2008, and SharePoint extensions
Experience developing workflows within MOSS
Demonstrate subject-matter expertise in developing on the Microsoft Office SharePoint Platform.
Experience working with XSL, XSLT, and XML documents along with XML web services
Experience with any of the following software a plus: KnowledgeLake – AvePoint - Nintex
Other Skills
Have the ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment required.
Have the ability to write supporting documentation as needed (instruction manuals, training, ongoing maintenance, etc).
Be able to take direction and work independently.
Possess strong communication skills.
Have strong attention to detail and be able to work as a team player.
Ability to create, coordinate, and maintain an integrated project plan and to control or respond to changes in strategy and scope. Strong MS Project skills
Applicant must be able to handle yourself with a high level of professionalism. You will interact with business users and will report to the Manager, Solutions. Additionally, your requirement gathering and writing skills will be put to the test in this role!
