5+ years developing robust, high volume applications for the web
3+ years experience with Cold Fusion (MX7/8) applications
2+ years of experience working with Flex and Coldspring
2+ years of experience with ASP.NET
Experience working with AJAX, CSS, Javascript, and HTML/DHTML
Database development and SQL query, particularly, intermediate-level expertise in stored procedures
Experience designing and coding user interfaces using GUI frameworks
Experience with Issue Tracking software is a plus
Experience with Source Control tools (Subversion, CVS, etc.) is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills required to communicate with clients in order to understand their needs and then to transform conversations to action as it relates to the Web applications development
Must be extremely detailed and organized
Must be a high-energy person with a passion for quality
Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong documentation and debugging/QA skills
Participates in planning and review of new releases and feature sets
Responsible for day-to-day application production support
