Minimum 1 year Windows or Linux Server administration
Fundamental understanding of TCP/IP
Understanding of DNS, and DNS Servers
Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite
Knowledge of basic Internet protocols and services such as TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, POP3, FTP, TELNET, PING, SSH, and HTTP/HTTPS;
Basic knowledge of Apache, IIS required
Basic knowledge of and/or the desire to learn web application servers and platforms such as ASP, .NET, ColdFusion, PHP, Perl, HTML
Ability effectively communication technical information to both technical and non-technical people.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
